Privacy Policy

We run this desk on as little personal data as we can. You do not register here and we never ask you to upload identity documents of any kind.

We look at aggregated, privacy-respecting analytics to see which reviews are read — never anything that singles you out. Emails you send us are kept only until the matter is closed.

The site sets essential cookies to function and, with your consent, optional analytics cookies; the Cookie Policy breaks this down. Clear them from your browser whenever you want.

We do not sell data, full stop. The moment you follow a link to an operator you are under their privacy policy and any cookies are set by them.
